We are thrilled to announce the fifth annual CytoData meeting, hosted virtually by Recursion! As in previous years (2016 2017 2018 2019), the annual CytoData meeting brings together the growing community of researchers mining microscopy image data to make important biological discoveries.
The CytoData Society was formed to build and maintain an active community around image-based profiling of biological phenotypes induced by genetic, chemical or other perturbations of biological systems. CytoData 2020 will be a fantastic venue to connect with this community, exchange ideas, and learn from experts in the field.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s CytoData meeting will be held virtually. Attendees will join together over video conference for an exciting two-day symposium. Each session will be approximately two hours long.
Wed Oct 21 Symposium Day 1: Applications [starts 7am PT/5pm EET]
Session 1: COVID-19
Session 2: Machine learning for drug discovery
Thur Oct 22 Symposium Day 2: Methods [starts 7am PT/5pm EET]
Session 3: Advances in machine learning methods
Session 4: Data sets, pipelines and platforms
Registration for CytoData 2020 is now closed.
